Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase from festivesatmosphere.com! If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to help with returns or exchanges for eligible items.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • You have 14 days from the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange.
  • To start the process, please visit our Returns Center and follow the instructions.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items (marked as such at purchase)
  • Personalized or custom-made products

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us for assistance.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to availability. If the item you want is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.
  • For size or color exchanges, please place a new order and return the original item.

Shipping Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund.

Gift Returns
Gifts may be returned for store credit. The credit will be issued via email once the return is processed.
